Bauhaus: Bauhaus es un banda de rock británica (formada en Northampton en 1978) que fue popular en los 80. La banda tomó su nombre de la escuela de diseño alemana Bauhaus creada durante la segunda decada del siglo XX, aunque en un principio se llamaron Bauhaus 1919, perdiendo la última parte antes del primer año.
A pesar de que había bandas precursoras del estilo gótico, muchos consideran a Bauhaus la primera banda gótica. Bauhaus combinaban un gran número de influencias punk y glam rock. Su sonido influyó, inspiró y llamó la atención sobre un conjunto de grupos post-punk generando el estilo intenso y triste que acabó siendo el rock gótico.

Children Of Bodom: Children of Bodom is a Finnish melodic death metal band from Espoo, Finland formed in 1993. The band consists of 5 members and has created six full-length studio albums.
There is some contention regarding the band's genre classification, but in general the band's musical style can be described as a cross between melodic death metal and power metal. The band's name is derived from the Lake Bodom murders.
The lyrics of Children of Bodom's songs are written in English and are most often concerned with the subjects of death/the Grim Reaper, personal struggles, war and the Lake Bodom murders. Recent albums have seen a shift to more antagonistic lyrics (songs such as "You're Better Off Dead" and "In Your Face") and a more straight-forward heavy metal style.

Dark Princess: Grupo de Grothic Rock liderado por su cantante Olga Romanova. Es una banda de origen rusa que se formaron en 2004, desde entonces han lanzado 3 discos que los han hecho muy conocidos en su país natal. Ahora acaban de firmar un contrato para su lanzamiento europeo y para ello han relanzado su album Stop My Heart en un doble CD. La lírica tan cuidada hablando de los elementos romáticos que desenvuelven para los fans de este género oscuro y no deberian dejar pasar este relanzamiento.

HB: HB is a Christian symphonic metal band formed in 2002 in Forssa, Finland. After having released a demo in 2002 HB have since released two albums: Uskon puolesta (2004) and Enne (2006). In addition, they have released a single called Turhaa tärinää? (2004). The newest album of the band, Enne, spent four weeks on the official Finnish Top 40 peaking at #27.[1] The sound of the album is similar to that of Nightwish and Within Temptation.[2] The divergence between the afore-mentioned bands and HB is primarily that the lyrics, written by Antti Niskala, are written in the Finnish and are strongly spiritual. The group has since re-recorded an English version of Enne titled Frozen Inside, which was released on April 23, 2008.
